About Us

Due to the COVID-19 crisis we have had to temporarily suspend all our Sunday services. However our Sunday meetings are currently being replaced by live streaming on Zoom, these are also recorded for you to view on Facebook and YouTube. ( links at the bottom of the page).

All of our other activities such a mid-week meetings, small groups, prayer meetings, and youth clubs have also gone online - please contact us for further details.

We are a community of people that gathers from across Manchester with diverse social and ethnic backgrounds, who share a passion for Jesus.

At  SMFC you should feel that you can belong whatever your age, cultural background, colour, ethnicity or social status.

We usually meet every Sunday morning 10.30am at Manchester High School for Girls Fallowfield and throughout the week in homes across the city.

The day to day Life of the church happens outside of the Sunday meeting in small groups called 'LifeGroups'. These meet each week in the above areas, to build community & strengthen church members in their Christian lives. We also run the Alpha initiative on a regular basis as part of our commitment to communicating the good news of Jesus.

South Manchester Family Church is part of the Catalyst Network ( Newfrontiers) and a member of the Evangelical Alliance.
